First: your statutory right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the EU, you can withdraw from this subscription within 14 days of concluding the contract — no reason needed, no negotiation with us. Everything else on this page is an additional, voluntary offer from us. It sits on top of your right of withdrawal and does not limit it in any way. Where both apply, you may rely on whichever is better for you.

Free trial first

Every new account gets a 7-day free trial with full access — no payment details required. You'll only ever pay after you've tried the product.

Cancel anytime

Cancel in two taps from the app (Manage subscription) or by emailing us. Your access continues until the end of the period you've paid for; you won't be charged again.

Our voluntary refund (goodwill)

• If you're unhappy within 14 days of your first charge, email us and we'll refund it in full — no questions asked. This applies even if your withdrawal period has already run out.
• Renewal charges are generally non-refundable, but if something went wrong (double charge, billing error, you cancelled and were still charged), we'll make it right.
• Refunds are returned to the original payment method via Stripe, typically within 5–10 business days.
