1. What TITAN is

TITAN is a subscription web application that provides AI-generated fitness coaching: a personal training plan, nutrition targets, workout logging, and a conversational coach. The service is provided "as is" for your personal, non-commercial use.

2. Not medical advice

TITAN provides general fitness guidance, not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Consult a physician before starting any exercise or nutrition program, especially if you are pregnant, under 18, have a medical condition, or take medication. Stop exercising immediately and seek medical help if you feel pain, dizziness or shortness of breath. You use the service at your own risk.

3. Accounts

You must be at least 16 years old. If you are under 18, you need your parent's or guardian's consent to take out this subscription. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information — your plan is built from it.

4. Subscription & billing

• New accounts get a 7-day free trial. No payment details are required to start.
• After the trial, continued use requires a subscription of €14.99 per month, billed through Stripe.
• Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled.
• You can cancel anytime from the app (Manage subscription). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Right of withdrawal: if you are a consumer in the EU, you may withdraw from this contract within 14 days of concluding it, without giving a reason. The details, the consequences and the model withdrawal form are on our Right of withdrawal page. This is a statutory right and is not the same thing as our voluntary refund.
• Voluntary refunds beyond that right are covered by our Refund Policy.

5. Fair use of the AI coach

Coaching chat is subject to fair-use limits (a generous daily message cap) to keep the service fast and affordable for everyone. The app tells you when you reach the cap. Automated, abusive or bulk use is not permitted.

6. Your content

You own the data you log (workouts, weight, messages, photos). You grant us the limited right to process it in order to run the service — including sending the relevant parts of it to our AI provider (Anthropic) to generate your plan and coaching replies. What goes where is set out in our Privacy Policy.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TITAN and its operator are not liable for injuries, health outcomes, indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under the law that applies to you — in particular liability for death or personal injury, for intent, or for gross negligence.

8. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the app. Continued use after changes means acceptance. We may modify or discontinue features to improve the product.
